Fix

The max. size of the event log should be 250 megs and the minimum should be 20 MBs and file should be configured "overwrite as needed"

Also the 87 error is thrown, when Envision tries to connect to server, and server rejects the connection. It is transient in nature. the log was not readable when Envision tried to poll it. (network, local resources,etc) .
