Fix
On the D-SRV / ES box, Stop the NIC service manager and NIC DB server services, back up the %_ENVISION%\database\nic.db and log.db as a precaution
Start just the DB Server service
launch the %_ENVISION%\database\cmd\StartISQL tool
run these commands in this order (<F5> to execute each line)
truncate table afp_service
truncate table afp_Port
truncate table afp_os
truncate table afp_vulnerability
truncate table afp
commit
If you wish to reclaim diskspace, first load Sybase hotfix env-29885
fron a command promt > dpcompact <return> provides syntax
